Grilled duck confit sandwiches



_INGREDIENTS

15-30 mL (1-2 tbsp.) mayonnaise

100 g OKA cheese, thinly sliced

2 duck confit thighs, cooked

1 pear, thinly sliced

8 slices Origine Country-style loaf

_ DIRECTIONS

Preheat panini grill.

Remove skin from duck thighs, shred the meat, and mix it with 

mayonnaise.

Spread mixture onto 4 slices of Country-style loaf, garnish with pear 

and OKA cheese slices, and then top with the 4 remaining slices of 

bread.

Grill for a few minutes on the panini grill.
