8 slices Compliments Multigrain Bread
Compliments peach sliced in light syrup
90 g (3 oz.) Gruyère, cut in 8 slices
1 drizzle of honey
2 mL (½ tsp.) cumin seeds
200 g (7 oz.) thinly sliced Moishes smoked beef brisket
_ DIRECTIONS
Heat a non-stick grill pan (preferably with ridges) to medium-high.
Brown peaches about 1 minute per side. Set aside.
Toast bread in toaster. Divide sliced beef, cheese, and peaches
among 4 pieces of toast and then sprinkle with cumin seeds. Drizzle
with honey. Top with 4 remaining slices of toast.
