_ INGREDIENTS
200 g sugar
200 g flour
2 eggs
150 g butter at room temperature
200 g American Garden blueberry filling
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
200 g blueberries
_ PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 180˚C and grease a pie dish.
Beat the butter with sugar and vanilla. Mix in the eggs and then the
sour cream until mixture is creamy.
Sift in the flour and mix until batter is smooth.
Pour the batter evenly in the pie dish. Bake for 35 minutes.
Remove from oven and leave to cool.
Flip on a tray and spread American Garden blueberry filling on top.
Garnish with blueberries and serve immediately.
