_ INGREDIENTS
½ cup sugar
¼ cup butter, at room temperature
220 g American Garden Chocolate Syrup
2 eggs, at room temperature
½ cup all-purpose flour
½ tsp vanilla
For serving:
American Garden Chocolate Syrup, as desired
For the filling:
1 cup American Garden cherry pie filling
_ PREPARATION
Pre-heat oven at 1800C and line a small baking pan with parchment
paper.
- Using a stand mixer, cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, American
Garden Chocolate Syrup and vanilla. Beat again until well blended.
Fold in the flour gradually using a spatula.
Pour half of the mixture in the prepared baking pan.
Add American Garden cherry pie filling evenly on top of the batter.
Pour the rest of the batter on top. Bake for 25 minutes
.
- Remove pan from oven and leave to cool at room temperature.
Slice the brownies into equal squares, top them with American Garden
Chocolate syrup and serve.
