Chocolate peanut butter squares



_ INGREDIENTS

150g Butter at room temperature

1 Cup American Garden U.S. Peanut Butter Creamy

1 ½ Cups Confectioners’ Sugar

2 Cups Crushed Biscuits

For Chocolate Ganache:

5 Tsp. American Garden U.S. Peanut Butter Creamy

2 Cups chocolate, cut into small pieces


_ PREPARATION

 In a bowl, mix together peanut butter, crushed biscuits, butter and

sugar until well combined.

 Press mixture evenly onto the bottom of a pan.

To prepare the chocolate ganache, melt chocolate and peanut butter

on a double boiler, stirring occasionally.

 Pour the mixture over the pan, spread evenly then refrigerate for at

least 2 hours.

Cut the dessert into squares and serve.
