Creamy Mushroom-Thyme Soup Recipe


_ INGREDIENTS

1.5 Cup American Garden Mushrooms sliced

Salt-to-taste

2Tbsp. Flour

2.5 Cups Vegetable stock

1.5 Tbsp. Butter

0.5 Cup Cooking Cream

1.5 Tsp. dried thyme

1.5 Tsp. Garlic

_ PREPARATION


1. Heat butter in a pan; add chopped garlic and flour. Sauté until light 

brown.

2. Add thyme, vegetable stock and mushroom. Cook for 10 minutes.

3. Cool and then blend the mixture until smooth.

4. Dilute with some stock to get the desired thickness. Reheat over 

medium fire. Add cooking cream and some salt to taste.
