_ INGREDIENTS


30 ml (2 tbsp.) caramelized onions or onion chutney

10 ml (2 tsp.) Dijon mustard

75 g (2½ oz.) roast pork slices (leftovers or cold cuts)

1 Cracked Wheat and Honey roll (or Multigrain and Honey mini roll)

2 slices cheddar

1–2 leaves of romaine or leaf lettuce

_ DIRECTIONS

Spread mustard and onions on bread, then layer ingredients before 

closing roll.
