Roasted chicken and cranberry sandwich




_ INGREDIENTS

15 mL (1 tbsp.) Compliments Whipped Dressing

75 g (2 ½ oz) boneless, skinless home-or store-roasted chicken

To taste, salt and pepper

1 cranberry baguettine

1 leaf of leaf lettuce

1 15-gram (½ oz) slice of pre-sliced smoked Gouda


_ DIRECTIONS

Slice baguettine in half lengthwise.

Spread whipped dressing on both halves. Top one half with roasted 

chicken. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Garnish with cheese and lettuce. Close sandwich.
