Greek-style chicken sandwich



_ INGREDIENTS

SANDWICH

4 Sensations by Compliments Naan breads

4 souvlaki chicken brochettes

1 tomato, sliced

1/4 red onion, minced

125 mL (1/2 cup) tzatziki sauce

1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced

GARNISH

Fresh lemon, cut in wedges

To taste, Fresh oregano leaves

To taste, Minced lettuce


_ DIRECTIONS

Preheat barbecue to medium high.

Cook chicken brochettes about 5 minutes per side or until internal

temperature reaches 77°C (170°F). Grill naan bread about 30 seconds

per side. Remove chicken cubes from skewers.

Brush the naan bread with tzatziki sauce. Garnish with chicken,

tomato, cucumber, and red onion. Add lettuce and oregano to taste.

Sprinkle with lemon juice. Roll into a sandwich.
