Seafarers Sandwich



_ INGREDIENTS

15 ml (1 tbsp.) fresh chopped parsley

To taste, salt and pepper

15 ml (1 tbsp.) plain yogurt

5 ml (1 tsp.) curry powder

½ avocado

½ can (170 g) light tuna

15 ml (1 tbsp.) mayonnaise

125 ml (½ c.) alfalfa sprouts

1 Cranberry mini baguettine (or Three Fruit mini roll)

_ DIRECTIONS

In a small bowl, combine tuna, mayonnaise, yogurt, curry powder and 

parsley.

Season and spread mixture on bread.

Layer other ingredients and close baguettine.
