healthy chicken kebab recipe



_ INGREDIENTS

550 g boneless 

3 tbsp American Garden Worcestershire sauce

1.2 cubed red bell pepper

1.5 chopped onion

3 cloves garlic

1.5 tsp white pepper

1.5 tsp black pepper

1.5 tsp salt

1 tsp paprika

1.5 cup American Garden plain bread crumbs

_ PREPARATION


1- In a chopper, process the chicken along with the bell pepper, garlic 

and onion.

2- Add the Worcestershire sauce and season with salt, black and 

white peppers and paprika.


3- Add the breadcrumbs and mix with your hands until the mixture is 

homogenous.

4- Roll the mixture to form medium-sized balls.


5- Shape into fingers and thread onto wooden skewers.


6- Place the skewers on a preheated grill until cooked through.

7- Serve immediately.
