No Bake Cheesecake



_ INGREDIENTS

For the crust:

100g melted butter

240g crushed plain biscuits

2 Tbsp. Cinnamon

4 Tbsp. sugar

For the topping:

1 can American Garden Blueberry Topping & Filling

For the filling:

500ml whipped cream

500g cream cheese

1 Tsp. vanilla extract

250g powder sugar



_ PREPARATION

Preparation Time : 15 Minutes

 In a bowl, mix together the crushed biscuits, melted butter, sugar and

cinnamon until combined.

 Press the biscuits mixture into a greased spring form pan using a

spoon or the bottom of a glass. Refrigerate while you prepare the

filling.

To prepare the filling: beat the cheese with powdered sugar and

vanilla until smooth. Add the whipped cream and beat the ingredients

together for 4 minutes.

Spread the filling on the crust and refrigerate for at least six hours.

Top the cheesecake with the blueberry topping and chill again,

covered, for at least two hours before serving.
