No bake strawberry cheesecake




_ INGREDIENTS


To prepare the filling:

300 g sweetened condensed milk

300 g cream cheese, at room temperature

Fresh strawberries to garnish

200 g thick cream

½ cup American Garden strawberry filling

10 g gelatin powder, diluted

To prepare the crust:

3 tbsp melted butter

200 g chocolate cookies, crushed


_ PREPARATION

 Line a spring form pan with parchment paper.

 Mix the crushed cookies and melted butter and press the mixture in

 the bottom and the sides of the pan.

 Beat cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, thick cream and

American Garden strawberry filling. Add gelatin powder and beat

again until well combined.

Pour the mixture over the crust and refrigerate for 6 hours.

 Garnish with fresh strawberries and serve.
