_ INGREDIENTS
200g Butter, chopped
300g Chocolate, coarsely chopped.
2 Eggs
2 Cups caster sugar
Butter for greasing
2 cups American Garden Peanut Butter Chunky
150g Plain Flour
4 tbsps. Cocoa powder
_ PREPARATION
Grease an oven pan with butter and line with parchment paper,
allowing edges to overhang. Preheat oven to 160 degrees.
Fill half a saucepan with water and place a heatproof bowl over it
while making sure it doesn’t touch the water. Place the butter and the
chocolate in the bowl and stir until the mixture is smooth
In another bowl, place the sugar, flour and cocoa powder. Add the
eggs and the chocolate mixture then stir until all ingredients are
combined.
Pour the blend into the baking pan then spoon the peanut butter over
it. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes then set aside to cool completely.
Cut into small squares and serve.
