Peanut Butter brownies



_ INGREDIENTS

‎200g Butter, chopped‎

‎300g Chocolate, coarsely chopped.‎

‎2 Eggs‎

‎2 Cups caster sugar‎

Butter for greasing

‎2 cups American Garden Peanut Butter Chunky

‎150g Plain Flour‎

‎4 tbsps. Cocoa powder ‎

_ PREPARATION

 Grease an oven pan with butter and line with parchment paper,

allowing edges to overhang. ‎Preheat oven to 160 degrees. ‎

Fill half a saucepan with water and place a heatproof bowl over it

while making sure it doesn’t ‎touch the water. Place the butter and the

chocolate in the bowl and stir until the mixture is ‎smooth

 In another bowl, place the sugar, flour and cocoa powder. Add the

eggs and the chocolate ‎mixture then stir until all ingredients are

combined.‎

 Pour the blend into the baking pan then spoon the peanut butter over

it. Bake in the oven for 40 ‎minutes then set aside to cool completely.‎

 Cut into small squares and serve.‎
