Peanut Butter Biscuits with Jelly



_ INGREDIENTS

½ cup white sugar

1 ¼ cup of all-purpose flour

½ cup brown sugar

½ baking powder

¼ tsp. Salt

¾ tsp. Baking soda

½ American Garden Peanut Butter Creamy

1 egg

2 tbsp. unsalted butter

½ cup of fruit jam

_ PREPARATION

In a mixing bowl, mix the butter with peanut butter and sugars. Whisk

in egg. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; gradually add

to blended mixture.

Cover and keep in fridge for 1 hour.

Roll into 2.5 cm balls; place 5 cm apart on greased baking trays. Bake

at 190°C for 10 minutes. Let cool and then spread jam on cookie.
