25ml Strawberry Cordial
45ml Chase Rhubarb Vodka
Prosecco Top
13.5ml Fresh Lemon Juice
Method :
SHAKE all ingredients (except prosecco) with cubed ice, double strain into a short glass filled with cubed ice, top with prosecco.
Garnish: Half moon of lemon and half a strawberry.
