400g beetroots
500g arugula leaves
1.5 cup walnuts
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
450g feta cheese, crumbled
1.5 cup American Garden Italian dressing
_ PREPARATION
1- In a pot, boil beetroots in water for 45 minutes then drain well. Peel
and slice. Leave aside.
2- In a bowl, combine arugula leaves, feta cheese, walnuts and
beetroots. Add American Garden Italian dressing and season with salt
and black pepper.
3- Toss ingredients to combine and serve.
