BEETROOT SALAD IDEAS




 _INGREDIENTS

400g beetroots

500g arugula leaves

1.5 cup walnuts

‎1 tsp salt‎

‎1 tsp black pepper‎

‎450g feta cheese, crumbled

‎1.5 cup American Garden Italian dressing‎

 _ PREPARATION


‎1-‎ In a pot, boil beetroots in water for 45 minutes then drain well. Peel

 and slice. Leave aside.‎

‎2-‎ In a bowl, combine arugula leaves, feta cheese, walnuts and

beetroots. Add American Garden ‎Italian dressing and season with salt

and black pepper.‎

‎3-‎ Toss ingredients to combine and serve. ‎
