_ INGREDIENTS
10 ml (2 tsp.) old-fashioned mustard
1 European or Classic roll
30 g (1 oz.) salami, thinly sliced
10 ml (2 tsp.) mayonnaise
2 slices Swiss cheese
125 mL (½ cup) arugula
60 g (2 oz.) cooked turkey breast
_ DIRECTIONS
Spread mustard and mayonnaise on roll and layer all ingredients
before closing roll.
