_ INGREDIENTS
450g rice noodles
1.5 cup American Garden Italian Dressing
2.5 large carrots
1.5 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
2.5 cups frozen green beans
2.5 cans tuna
0.5 cup chili pepper
0.5 cup mint leaves
0.5 cup basil leaves
0.5 tsp black pepper
0.5 tsp salt
_ PREPARATION
1- Mix American Garden Italian Dressing with salt and black pepper in
a bowl. Divide between 4 jars.
2- Add even quantities of shredded carrots to the dressing.
3- In a large pot over medium-high heat, cook rice noodles as per the
instruction on the box and drain well. Divide half the quantity between
the jars, on top of the carrots.
4- Put green beans in a pot of boiling water for 5 minutes.
5- Add even quantities of green beans, cherry tomatoes and chili
pepper slices inside the jars.
6- Add the rest of the cooked noodles, top with tuna and garnish with
mint and basil leaves. Enjoy!
