Shredded beef sandwiches



_ INGREDIENTS

SANDWICHES

250 mL (1 cup) homemade coleslaw

4 ciabatta buns, halved horizontally

8 slices Compliments Sweet Pickles

400 g leftover blade roast, shredded (see Braised beef with peaches recipe)

HOMEMAD COLESLAW

125 mL (½ cup) Compliments Balance Mayonnaise

½ bag (227 g) precut coleslaw

To taste, salt and pepper

10 mL (2 tsp.) apple cider vinegar

10 mL (2 tsp.) Sensations by Compliments Dijon Mustard


_ DIRECTIONS

Prepare coleslaw by mixing together all the ingredients.

Place about 100 g shredded beef, 60 mL (¼ cup) coleslaw, and 2

pickle slices in each ciabatta roll.
